will discuss your requirements on the telephone initially and
can provide an easy to understand quote for parts and labour.
Repairs. If your system is not working properly or has
finally given up, we can diagnose and rectify the problems for
you. Our repair fees are very competitive at £40 in-house and
£50 on site for the first hour, billed by the half hour thereafter.
Upgrades. We can help you replace older
components and configure newer ones such as upgraded memory,
modem, processor and peripheral devices such as a scanner or
printer. Upgrade fees are charged at the same rate as repairs.
Networking. If you have more than one PC there
are many benefits of networking them together. Whether at home or
in the office, networking your system will enable you to share files
and resources such as printers. Networking and security fees are charged
at £75 per hour.
Installations. We can install and set up your
new PC including your Internet connection.
